Pick up a free COVID-19 Rapid Test Kit at any Kate Love Simpson location through our curbside service. Please give us a call and let us know what time you will arrive. Test kits will be available for pick-up in our curbside locations. Please do not enter the library to get a test kit. If you have testing questions, please contact the Morgan County Health Department or your health care provider. Test kits are provided by the Ohio Department of Health.

Browsing as well as curbside service available, along with weekly bookmobile routes.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is NOW Available in Morgan County. All children Birth to Age 5 are eligible to register to have a free book delivered in the mail each month.

Kate Love Simpson Libraries have a wide variety of digital resources available.

Please remember that both library locations, Chesterhill and McConnelsville, have free WiFi access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well hotspots to lend to patrons.
